Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for Advisory Sessions To ensure fairness and maintain the quality of our advisory services, the following cancellation policy applies: 1. Cancellation Notice - Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled session to cancel or reschedule without penalty. - Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the session will incur a 50% charge of the session fee. 2. Same-Day Cancellations - Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will result in 100% charge of the session fee. 3. No-Show Policy - If a client fails to attend a session without prior notice, it will be considered a 'No-Show' and 100% of the session fee will be charged. 4. Rescheduling - Clients may reschedule once per session with a minimum of 48 hours' notice without incurring additional charges. - Requests for rescheduling made within 48 hours will be treated as a cancellation and subject to the above fees. 5. Refunds - Refunds for cancellations (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days after the cancellation request. - No refunds will be provided for late cancellations or no-shows. 6. Emergency Exceptions - Exceptions may be made for emergencies on a case-by-case basis, subject to proof of circumstances and at the discretion of the advisory team.
